Orders are dispatched usually within 1 business day. Gold or custom orders may take up to 10 business days to be dispatched

Whilst all care is taken Hilary&June cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive safely at their destination. Insurance can be arranged on request.
Most items are made to order which can take up to 1-7 days. Please let me know if you require an item before a certain date and I’ll do my best to fulfill your order. You will be notified by email once your item has shipped. All items are shipped in a Hilary&June gift box.
I take great pride in good customer service and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re unhappy please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the problem. If for whatever reason you would like a refund please return the unworn item in the original packaging within 2 weeks of receiving the product and I will issue you with a full refund. Please notify me of your intentions before you re-send the item. Unfortunately unless there was an error made with the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
